Tammy Colucci - Creative Direction

Tammy Colucci is an award-winning director and choreographer and five-time recipient of the Hawaii State Theatre Council Award for Excellence in Direction and Choreography. She currently serves as Resident Director for Hairspray, The Broadway Musical and Create with Royal Caribbean Entertainment.

She previously spent seven years as Resident Director for Priscilla, Queen of the Desert and Kinky Boots with Norwegian Cruise Line, and produced, directed, and staged two World Premiere productions in partnership with Holland America Line.

Her New York and regional choreography credits include Altar Boyz (Off-Broadway), Saks Fifth Avenue’s Rockefeller Center holiday unveiling, Broadway Cares Easter Bonnet starring Liza Minnelli, Me & My Girl at Goodspeed Opera House, and numerous award-winning productions nationwide, including a Helen Hayes nomination for Curtains.

Tom Brandon - Creative Direction

Tom Brandon is an Irish creative and vocal director working across international theatre, touring productions, and cruise entertainment. Trained at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and holding a Master’s in Musical Theatre from Royal Academy of Music, he brings strong musical leadership and performer-driven storytelling to dynamic live entertainment.

Tom serves as Install Director for Norwegian Cruise Line, overseeing the rehearsal and installation of The Choir of Man, and works as a Vocal Director for Celebrity Cruises, maintaining musical excellence across major productions. He has also appeared as a guest artist with Virgin Voyages, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, and Seabourn Cruise Line.

As a performer, Tom originated the role of Hard Man in The Choir of Man in London’s West End and later performed with The Shamrock Tenors, earning an Emmy Award as part of the ensemble. He continues to work internationally and will direct South Korea’s first Korean-language production of The Choir of Man in Seoul.

Melanie Simpson - Creative Logistics and Project Management

Melanie Simpson is a senior entertainment production and operations leader with nearly two decades of experience across cruise lines, theme parks, live events, film, and hospitality. She has held leadership and project management roles with Baez Theatrical, Busch Gardens Entertainment, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, and Exeter Safari Company, where she oversees large-scale onboarding, theatrical operations, live event production, artist contracting, and complex cross-functional logistics.

A former principal performer and vocal captain for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings and Walt Disney World, Melanie pairs artistic excellence with operational precision. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Shenandoah Conservatory and advanced business training through NYU Tisch, equipping her with both creative insight and executive-level strategy.

Martina Gumbs - Choreography, Commercial and Musical Theatre Jazz

Martina Gumbs is a Manchester-born performer whose dynamic career spans major musicals, film, and international stages. She toured globally with Thriller Live and was featured in the Hollywood hit Rocketman and Netflix’s Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey.

Her work performance work also extends to Norwegian Cruise Line, where she performed in After Midnight under Tony Award-winning director and choreographer Warren Carlyle. She continues her creative collaboration with NCL as an audition choreographer, install director, and member of the original content team for Oceania Vista.

Alongside her identical twin sister, Martina co-founded MM Jazz, a Manchester-based contemporary commercial jazz company dedicated to elite-level training for emerging and professional dancers across the UK. Through MM Jazz, she champions rigorous technique, performance excellence, and the evolution of today’s jazz artist.

T Scott Ross - Creative Direction/Rock Music Specialist

T. Scott Ross is a powerhouse director and creative producer redefining the intersection of rock music and theatrical storytelling. A former professional actor, he culminated his performing career in New York City as Lonny in the revival of Rock of Ages, a role that cemented his authority in rock-driven performance.

Since 2019, Ross has served as Creative Director of Syd Norman’s Pour House for Norwegian Cruise Line, where he has conceived, developed, and overseen multiple electrifying venue productions and main stage concerts. His large-scale tributes, including Rumours and One of These Nights: The Songs of the Eagles, showcase his ability to fuse arena-level rock energy with disciplined theatrical craft.

Ross is a sought-after vocal coach and creative leader who transforms technically trained performers into commanding rock artists. His work replaces polish with grit, swagger, and authenticity, delivering high-voltage, story-driven experiences that feel as raw as a club show and as cohesive as Broadway.

Veera Kinnunen - Creative Direction/Choreography/Ballroom Specialist

Veera Kinnunen is a Swedish dancer and choreographer of Finnish origin, internationally recognized for her work in competitive ballroom, theatre, and television. At nineteen, she joined the cast of Burn the Floor, touring Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Australia on some of the world’s most prestigious stages.

Kinnunen is known for her appearances on the global Dancing with the Stars franchise, including Sweden’s Let’s Danceand Italy’s Ballando con le Stelle, where she won in 2017 with Paralympic athlete Oney Tapia and reached multiple finals with celebrity partners. She is a five-time undefeated Swedish National Champion and has been a finalist in the Rising Star divisions of the Blackpool Dance Festival, UK Open, and International Championships.

Kinnunen currently produces and co-directs the contemporary-ballroom theatre production In The Deep and, alongside Antonio Careri, co-founded We Are Entertainment, a multidisciplinary company and creative hub cultivating the next generation of performers.

Antonio Careri - Creative Direction/Choreography/Ballroom Specialist

Antonio Careri is an Italian dancer, choreographer, creative director, and television personality, internationally recognized for his work in theatre, live performance, and the Dancing with the Stars franchise. He specializes in Ballroom and Latin dance, earning multiple national titles including Italian Youth Latin Champion before moving to Rome at nineteen to refine his technique and expand his artistry.

Careri’s international career began in 2020 on Brendan Cole’s UK and Ireland tour Show Man, followed by three years as principal performer with Burn the Floor, touring Europe and the Americas. He has also performed across Asia and the U.S. and appeared at Italy’s prestigious OnDance festival, directed by Roberto Bolle.

In 2024, he joined the original cast of In The Deep, Italy’s first contemporary-ballroom theatre production, serving as performer, then Creative and Casting Director, co-founding We Are Entertainment to develop the next generation of performers. In 2025, Careri joined the professional cast of Dancing with the Stars in Sweden (Let’s Dance) and Norway (Skal vi danse), where he is the current reigning champion.

Stefano Alessandrino - Creative Direction/Choreography

Stefano Alessandrino is an Italian director, choreographer, and production professional with over a decade of international experience in theatre, cruise productions, and live entertainment. He began his career as a professional dancer before becoming Show Director for Norwegian Cruise Line, where he spent nine years directing and installing large-scale productions with performers and creatives from Broadway and the international stage.

Stefano’s work spans directing, choreography, stage management, and company management, with a focus on high-impact, story-driven performances. In 2025, he wrote, directed, and choreographed LORD NIL – Seven Deadly Sins, which premiered Off-Broadway in New York. His projects include cruise productions, corporate events, Italian resorts, and collaborations with Tony Award winners, Hollywood choreographers, and America’s Got Talent performers.
